We weren't born yesterday.

We've been doing custom content for nearly 20 years. It's in our DNA. With Redwood Custom Communications, we helped launch the category in North America. We get content, and so do the creative thinkers we work with.

Eric Schneider knew he was on to something. It was 1998 and his new company, Redwood Custom Communications, was about to kickstart content marketing in North America. What he didn't know was how big it would get.

"It was an exciting time, no doubt about it," says Eric. Redwood fostered a culture and an energy that was unstoppable. Soon it was the leading content marketing agency in North America. The company, renamed Totem, had offices in Toronto, New York and Chicago, and its client roster included Acura, Geico, Home Depot, JCPenney, Kraft Foods, Lending Tree, P&G, RBC, Sobeys, Shoppers Drug Mart and many other blue-chip accounts.

Today, with content marketing a media buzzword, Eric has recaptured the vision and excitement under a new name: Finally. Designed as a creative collective, Finally draws on new thinkers in the field and the established talents who helped build a market leader. It imagines and delivers content that cuts through the chaos of our media-saturated world. Its approach is agile and collaborative. And its scope is as vast today as it was back then.
